Stinky Studios/Studio Stink under renovation

The recordings of the new release have been postponed for some time since Stinky Studios/Studio Stink currently is under renovation. The work is planned to take about 6 weeks in total and during this time there's no possibility to record or even be in the studio. But the recordings will not stop completely.

– No, I will do what I can from another location, jIM says. That's the beauty of today's technology, you can be almost wherever you want, out in the woods really, and still be able to record stuff as it was back in the studio. But I'm taking it slow, still don't want to rush things, so it's not really a problem.

The recording so far have been going good. Four songs are recorded and only miss the vocals which are to be recorded in one stroke at another not yet decided studio when all music is done.

– Yeah, I'm actually thinking of The Jungle. I've been there several times and like it. Heard he's [the owner /edit] begun to switch all gear from the good 'ol ADATs to ProTools but it's mainly the premises I'm after. I need a proper singing booth and Stinky Studios/Studio Stink cannot provide that due to natural circumstances [it's main premises are located in a regular apartment building /edit].

The recording will continue next week.
