Drum sessions for 'Dear hunter'

This week the first drum sessions for upcoming release 'Dear Hunter' starts. "On saturday it's time for Blood to whip the shit out of the drums in Stinky Studios/Studio Stink. Can't wait to hear it", Jim tweeted on thursday. The first songs to be drummed is Too Many Me, Swim For The Shores and I Guess I Have To Go Now; all of them new to the public but in the wardrobe with Dimzey for a couple of years. "I Guess I Have To Go Now is a really catchy tune that didn't seem to turn out as I espected, but in a good way", Jim says. Blood have praticed for some time now to make the recording as easy as possible but it is Swim For The Shores that is the big challenge. "It's kinda like a reggae vibe in it and I have never played like that. It's gonna take a while before I nail it", Blood says. The drum sessions are held at Stinky Studios/Studio Stink, new ground for everyone. "I think it's working. I mean, It's not my old apartment which naturally had a soul and energy that really klinged on to the music – the agony in those walls... you could almost see it dripping from the wallpaper. This is a bit more sophisticated and professional, somewhat boring in fact, but it sounds better. Technically that is", Jim replies.
