Album cover art cleared by third party

Today dIMZEY official mangement recieved a long awaited answer about the album cover art for digital release of 'Songs From the Mist' from third party. The picture is taken at a bungalow resort in Indonesia one night "involving a considerable amount of the local liquor called 'Arak'" in which one of the employees is seen infront of glasses and bottles.

– It's a relatively innocent image, but I thought it fitted really good for "Songs From the Mist" and I really wanted to have it as a cover. Apparently it's me myself who took the photo so basically I own the rights to use it as I want, but, since the person who appears in it literally will act as the front figure of the cover, I still wanted to ask them if it was okay use it, says jIM.

The cover art for the digital release of the remastered version of "Songs From the Mist" will be revealed later this week.
